Seduce The Dead was started in 2007 by Jazzy(Vocals), Duffy(Guitar), Slack Bam(Guitar), and Lorenzo(Drums) in Santa Cruz, California. Duffy quit, and soon after Eric was brought in on bass. In 2010, Slack Bam quit and Duffy re-joined the band. STD has shared the stage with the likes of The Murder Junkies, Angry Samoans, Ill Repute, Verbal Abuse, MDC, The Freeze, Ribzy, Sad Boy Sinister, Culo A Boca, The Yeastie Boys, Get Dead, Tartar Control, Mike Watt of the Minutemen, In Defence, Rum Rebellion, NFFU, Clepto, Bum City Saints, Gutwrench, Guantanamo Dogpile, and Nihilist Cunt, playing shows from San Diego to Chico. Song subjects include drug abuse, war, insanity, and Asian massage parlors.
